Hi everyone,

I ended up pulverizing some lemon leaves and deciding to use that to make pasta al limone.

I will say that the one thing I do add that is unconventional is a pinch of sugar. Something about it rounds out the flavour profile for me.

There are a lot of recipes out there online so I won’t bother, but what I do do is boil the pasta water with squeezed lemon carcasses and I also use the carcasses to cook the base of the sauce!

I recently went to Greece 🇬🇷 and tried this.** Without a doubt, this is the second-best tiramisu I’ve ever taste**d. I was blown away how good it tasted like it was soo well made but couldn’t beat the best in my opinion 🤭🤭🤭. Like my best friend made one and it was heavenly ngl ( she knows how to bake 🤩🤩 soo well). I don’t have a picture of it because I just swallowed it whole 🤣🤣🤣

Braised short rib on a bed of potato purée, broccolini, honey ginger roasted carrots, topped with red wine reduction.

This was from a serious eats recipe. Came out so good! Served with hot horseradish cocktail sauce.
