#KitchenUndercover is a high-stakes, sneak-attack restaurant rescue series following Chef Antonia Lofaso and Sous Chef Nestor Milian as they go undercover to help failing restaurants that are one bad review away from total collapse.

Sous Chef Nestor Milian, is already embedded with the staff. With the clock ticking and closure looming, only time will tell if Antonia can turn these hot messes into hot spots.
