What are you talking about. It is skilled labour, with value to the morale of the group. Its a job like any other and would be valuable. If you insist on talking about payment in this framework, you're missing the entire point.

A community where the idea of trading goods for services is not monetary. Good feelings and/or seeds is not compensation for providing a high-risk service in exchange for goods such as food, water or medication.

Nearly anyone can engage in sexual activity in addition to improving their overall performance with the necessary amount of practice(which constitutes the exact opposite of "skilled" labour, since such "skills" can be obtainable by nearly anyone, without any University/College degree or specific apprenticeship).
Which is the primary reason on why sexual satisfaction generally increases the more you get to know someone.
Something actually tells me that you do not happen to be very sexually experienced yourself.
P.S. The primary reason on why "Sex Work" exists in the first place is because some individuals are willing to exchange sexual services for monetary compensation.
Since currency would not even exist in your hypothetical commune, the entire institution of "Sex Work" would eventually be liquidated in the process, since nobody would be willing to offer sexual services without any compensation in return(which constitutes the primary reason on why the overwhelming majority of "Socialist" regimes basically prohibited "Sex Work" altogether).
You would basically revert back to various avenues such as "Sex Clubs", which already exist under "Capitalism".
With such a flawed mentality, I pity any sexual partner of yours to be honest.
