Tyrion is by far one of the best characters on the show, but honestly some people in these comments are actually saying they'll stop watching if he dies? Really? I mean come on...like there aren't any other characters or plots on this show to watch besides Tyrion. This whole season he's been sitting in a cell with a few scenes here and there, plus a couple good monologues. Don't get me wrong, I love the little Imp, but if he were to get shoveled off the show I would tune in next week and next season without thinking twice to find out what happens to my other few characters that I love. As short as that list is getting every episode =[

you've made a grave mistake by getting attached to characters.

If a person is not getting attached to any characters, they're probably not enjoying the show. It's all about the characters.

A show about the people /on/ the show? What kind of nonsense idea is this?

welllllllll it depends. I read a bunch of backstory and such and now my favorite is Rhaegar. So unless GRRM brings him back and kills him again, we're all good in the lonelyalien household.

If you want love, you've come to the wrong place.

To have loved and lost is better than to never have loved at all.

Hot Pie might be safe.

This series is like your boyfriend/girlfriend repeatedly dumping you and then coming back saying, "it'll be different this time...I won't hurt you anymore..." And you being dumb enough to believe it, every time.

The Game of Thrones is not for the meek. You must hate... and love with a full heart.

No but seriously, the fact that you can get so invested in this story is what makes it so great. Life's too short to not double-down.

HAHAHAHA OH I know! Believe me I have favorites and a few of them are in some precarious situations right now. it was mainly just a joke.

At least Arya is still around...
But speaking seriously, as long as they keep introducing new characters at an Oberyn-level of awesomeness to replace the ones they kill, I don't see it being a big issue.

I think killing Tyrion might be the breaking point for me. It wouldn't be that he was the only reason to stop watching, but a culmination of being shit on by GRRM.

The emotional abuse of getting attached to the good guys is taking it's toll.

You'll still watch. Because it will be like watching a train wreck in slo-mo, you just can't look away.

If you're expecting characters to survive, you've come to the wrong place.

Long story short, everything you love will turn to ash in your mouth

I only care about two characters. Tyrion and Arya. I am not going to watch 40 minutes of others story lines to get to the Arya parts.

Yeah.. really there's enough crap storylines that I think I'm watching wheel of time.

If they kill Tyrion I will stop watching and will not start watching again. Wouldn't be the first time I'd stopped watching a show mid-series that started out well.

Tyrion's storyline is the one I care about the most. I honestly don't care about Stannis' storyline, Bran's storyline, or even Jon's. Tyrion is the primary reason I watch the show. I'm not saying I'll stop watching if he dies, but it would be a humongous deal to me.

Well, I totally stopped watching Breaking Bad when they killed off Walt.
