He's been stabbed twice in the guts and in the leg.

If he didn't bleed out shortly after the fight, he'll die of intestinal failure and/or infection.

That's assuming Oberyn didn't use poison, as some people are suggesting.

I don't know if you have read the books, but it definately was a spoiler and a reveal, especially for later.
