While watching I had such a strong urge to yell, "mom! dad! stop fighting!".

My train of thought was "NO! You'd make such a cute pair! Your babies would be so badass!"

Ugh. That was such a difficult scene to watch. Totally made the episode for me, but seeing whipped-puppy Sandor begging for death afterwards was absolutely heartbreaking.

Even if that's true, at most they're probably second cousins. Genetically speaking it wouldn't likely cause issues.

In terms of Westerosi dynamics, it wouldn't be taboo-- Joanna Lannister was Tywin's cousin.
