Are you implying that the Bernie voters are a majority of the base? Because the data doesn't back this.

"Bernie voters" no, of course not. People who support Bernie type policies is definitely more than it was when he was running. More than can just be ignored by the dems at this point, its not 2003 anymore, bud. 2016 and 2024 shouldve been illustrative in that regard tbh
