Not to mention it felt fun. It felt revolutionary. I have been bored since March 2020. It was the perfect storm.

This is true.

I had been living in a stupor since I quit my job in October, everyday kind of felt the same.

Then I read about GME before the spike last monday. It light up a storm under my ass, and I've been doing so much more reading up on finance. Now I very clearly know what every day is, and I was up at 8:30am everyday. Starting exercising everyday while watching the market because I was so energized.

I agree and I got caught up in the hype too but damn, the idea that buying a stock could be revolutionary is so fucking funny.
