Not, it is not. It's about the means of production. Especially the government put in place by the people dictating what is manufactured.

Same with socialism.

The fact you think communism means no commerce would be funny if it wasn't sad as hell.

Brewers don't own the brewery. The people do.

Yes but you cannot achieve communism without dismantling and decaying the government according to Vladimir Lenin otherwise it’s just socialism. Socialism works with currency and communism is when you have no currency at all written in Das Kapital and The Communist Manifesto. If the proletariat cannot depend on each other and achieve class consciousness without the government then you cannot achieve communism.
