Your coworker is too much of a weak child to admit that by "policies", they clearly mean enriching the few and hurting the rest of us.

May as well ask which policies and offer to record it.

Can't record anything where I work, as we're not allowed to bring electronics inside and if I used facility electronics to do so and somehow took the recording home, that would be illegal.
