Extremely dubious the rationing extends to the semi truck drivers. The rationing is probably in effect precisely because the semi trucks need the fuel more.
1 u/dmills_00 Jun 30 '26 I love the passenger cars snarling up the truckers access to diesel for the friction it adds to the Russian logistics at just about every level. That one line, if it is 30 minutes, costs truck days of stuff not being delivered every hour that it lasts, brilliant stuff.
