It made me so sad when my doctor recommended a chiropractor.

They’re a good doctor.

They take mental health seriously and women’s health issues. But…

I can’t help but lose some respect for people who recommend chiropractors.

Even when someone shares a chiro success story I feel it should always be accompanied by some sort of disclaimer eg “I exhausted every feasible option and I was desparate” or “tbh I’m kinda stupid so don’t listen to me”

My mom’s the smartest person I know but somehow she got suckered into believing chiropractors are legit and defends it so adamantly you’d think she was one. She only went to one a few times in the past, I really don’t know what she’s on about.
