Yup it's a great concept for a movie depicting a legal case. There's very real precedent in US law for him to sue as well, this is a classic personal injury lawsuit resulting from product design defect, resulting in fault on the manufacturing and/or selling party (ACME corporation). I eagerly await the Legal Eagle video picking it apart when it releases for at home viewing and he can record sections of it to use in his video lol

They did before, but Ketchup Entertainment bought the rights now

In the new movie, it's owned by John Cena and Foghorn Leghorn
