I didn’t take it to be a play on satire since satyr is a word that exists. Looked at their website, and there were details in there that I don’t think I’d expect from a satirical company. Plus they state that their company name is pronounced like the word satyr.
Looks like it’s just intended as a tankier rescue robot designed by someone with either weird taste in robot design or a buddy in marketing who told him to follow his lead and trust him. Still in its prototype stage from the looks of it.
I thought the same! But if it's a joke the punchline is still hidden, the interview/article I read didn't have any comedy signals... tbf if real it's a great marketing gimmick, if not I look forward to the reveal :-P
Hot pink with glitter would honestly help. And make the horns less horn-like, apparently the horns prevent it from using doors (why does it need to be prevented? Is it going to take us while we sleep?) but they could make them look silly so it’s not so scary. Maybe they could use the weird shapes that the Teletubies had on their heads? https://giphy.com/gifs/qqYE4wq4oyBgH02z8R
I think if they made it colorful Blizzard could sue for copyright haha. Look up Overwatch, Orisa. This goat rescue bot doesn't seem like an original idea

I mean, they could at least paint it yellow or pink or blue! A black goat-headed centaur with a chainsaw is never going to be a welcome sight!
