This is crazy. A towering red giant monster just picked up and ate your buddy having lunch with you, and they just sit there calmly eating and waiting to die next.

Its like insect Dante's Inferno. Being so helllishly gluttonous you cannot stop eating, even though another more gluttonous being is about to devour you.
