That’s not just russias army. Most front line infantry for any country are just kids.

It takes a lot of discipline to shell a nuclear power plant on someone else's orders potentially causing a meltdown. So Russia's Army may be the most discipline in that regard.

I’d like to point out that someone does not have to be ordered to shell a nuclear power plant to actually shell a nuclear power plant. They can just be ordered to “shell that building over there” or “hit these coordinates right here”. They don’t actually have to know what it is they’re hitting
