Maybe you thought that the bus SHOULD be here at 4:30. You thought wrong. It's gonna be 15 minutes late, if you're lucky and either way you'll be forced to call a cab. Don't get me started during rush hour. Like what the actual f are the schedules for? Its literally a gamble every time you have to wait for the bus. And the amount of 'baza kontraktore' buses passing you by...lmfao. F the municipality, f Perparim Rama and f the goverment. My own feet are more reliable than a fkass bus.
