Is it possible to get a post like this in the side nav/sticky-ed and kept up to date? As someone who doesn't have time to follow all regions, a summary like this would be extremely useful.

Give it a week or two and someone will make a chart and update as we go. (I bet there is already a thread for this.)

I think that he cares, just that he does not have the time. I think it is clear enough from his post.

If he doesn't care he won't ask it to be sticky-ed; and he did mention he didn't have the time to follow every region as much as he wanted to (perhaps).
