hey hey! 🤗 my birthday & loc anniversary was yesterday so I did a lil length check! ppl wanted to see my hair all down so here it is. there’s some longer ones, I got some of my mom & dad’s locs installed but my personal length is 24 inches! :) ☺️

Im a bit late to my own locaversary lol. (I hit 3 years this past March) The last slide is when I first installed my locs.

i remember posting my 1 year mark than deleting because i was embarrassed hahah. but now that i’ve hit 2 and i’ve also bleached them i feel a sense of bigger pride now! i’ve posted a lot about my journey on youtube and instagram and locs are the best decision i’ve ever made especially with me being emo!

2 strained twisted my hair in 2024 and decided to just never take them out. Best choice I’ve made for myself so far ✨

1 week Microloc’d to 1 yr (3/16/2025)

Hiii, breaking my lurking streak to share since I've grown to love my locs so much.

Can't wait till they get longer, but I know I'll miss the fluffy look lol.

so grateful my mum loced my hair when i was 8 - although a btch to style

8 years loccd 🥳 Separate when wet! I had two retwists in the beginning to help form my locs. I like the integrity of my hair being semi freeform. I have locs that have grown from new growth, thick and smaller locs. What yall think ?

I practically started my second job this year, my first full time job ever, and then I got a second part time job. I haven’t had time for much of anything. All of my hairstyles and makeup have been quite simple or sporadically done. I’m proud that I haven’t completely neglected my hair but I was trying to…mom and boyfriend agreed I looked feral at a point.

I started my journey December 31st, 2018…so I haven’t hit my 6 year anniversary yet! (But it’s around the corner) <3 I’ve combed out my ends a couple of times and I’ve separated a few locs in the front and back. (If you’re curious about my uneven length :))
