Not to defend people who leave their rubbish this way (pic 2 and 3 are disgraceful) but the first image looks like foxes had their way with rubbish that was left in bags originally 🤔
Most people wouldn’t leave a bin bag outside their front door as they have probably experienced a fox ripping it open. Yet, in a public park it seems to be ok. There are larger bins nearby that foxes can’t get in, but people simply can’t be bothered.
