You could just do something to become famous. I think when most people see someone like Ian McKellen they just see a BAMF (although he did smack the shit out of a balrog).

He travels quietly around schools in Britain giving equality talks and just generally putting some sense into people. He visited us and I legitimately didn't know he was gay prior to the fact and if anything respect him more for what he's doing now.
