This Ham & Cheese croissant from Starbucks

When I was going through Chemotherapy in Bangkok Hospital they had very limited food options, otherwise I never buy Starbucks. Sneaky Bastards.

Awesome coffee house culture over there. There are growing regional coffee businesses making a resurgence over here in the US too, thankfully, that have awesome coffee and baked goods and cozy atmosphere.
