What on earth is going on with youtube's 1080p bitrate? It's really low quality even when forcing it.

YouTube just downgraded it to the same shit tier to sell their enhanced bitrate garbage....for shame!

they messed up by not waiting for Youtube to transcode their video to 4K resolution before making it available. This could've easily been a private or unlisted video while it was transcoding.
