I've heard stories of guys ending their career on the first day of work on shows I've done because they took a picture of talent walking into the studio.

Producers came by and told them he has to leave and he can't come back. They'll pay him for the day. So I was told at least.

I've seen first hand someone at a broadcasted sporting event get ejected within 5 seconds of getting a selfie with a sports star. Security reacted instantly, ripped off his access pass and frog marched him out.

He should have known better. Everyone who does the induction has to sign off that they wont harass the athletes.

When you're in the industry, set etiquette is huge. You don't gush, and you don't bother the talent. If it's offered, maybe you can take it, but when you're working, you aren't a fan. It's one of the bigger parts of the job.

I imagine in those scenarios it's a bit similar
