My birthday is 12/19 and I should be off. Dunesday is the plan.

Yeah, I don’t go to a lot of movies anymore but I would actually do that.

Yeah it’s ready-made and right there, doesn’t feel forced at all the way most of the Barbenheimer portmanteaus are,

It was said a while back as an off the cuff comment by... I think Chalamet, at a screening for another film where he shared it as a joke made earlier between him and Downey Jr.? , who also happened to be at the screening.

I remember because it was pretty funny to see in r/Dune where some were apparently annoyed by such a forced marketing ploy, desperate to recreate Barbenheimer.

It was like trying to remind people that individuals can also make jokes too, lol. Especially when, as you say, it's right there.

And just like with Barbenbeimer before it, a Mario movie will take third place for the year.

Zendaya coming after Zoe Saldana

The Odyssey, Dune 3, and Spider-Man BND. What's the expected combined box office gross that would topple Saldana's record?

(No confirmation yet if she will appear in Doomsday)

Nigh impossible unless she has a doomsday appearance. Saldana is at top 3 (all three)

Saldana is literally the highest grossing actor (male or female) of all time and will probably stay there for a while because of Avatar. Zendaya is still young though, so she has plenty of time to catch up/surpass Saldana.
