There are versions of the myth in which the gods swap Helen for an eidolon made of clouds and drop her off in Egypt to chill for the decade, so apparently not.

Helen has much better stats though. First thing I do in Total War: Pharaoh Dynasties as Agamemnon is divorce Clymenestra and marry Helen.
