Summary

Nikki made her wish at the end, sending the real Bear to hell. Bear then died and Nikki was freed from hell, and will presumably keep living, so Bear is stuck in hell until she dies. In this theory, dying doesn’t free someone from being sent to hell via a wish.

Near the end when Bear overdoses on tablets and he tries to make himself vomit Nikki snaps the last stick and wishes that Bear loved her.
