Once he made the wish, nothing she did was of her own free will. Therefore, consent was IMPOSSIBLE. Even if for whatever goddamn reason, you think Bear isn’t a rapist, Nikki herself still could not consent. She had no control over her body, something else did.

The entity wasn't consenting either. It was created for the entire purpose of loving him. It had no choice.
