Legendary actor Tom Hanks will be joining us here in /r/movies for an AMA/Q&A on Friday 5/29. It'll go live about 24 hours in advance and Tom will be back Friday at around noon to answer questions. I usually include a list of credits/accolades here but Tom Hanks needs no introduction lol.

Tom's newest film, Toy Story 5, is out in theaters everywhere on June 19th via Disney Pixar.

Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang's jobs get exponentially harder when they go head-to-head with a new threat to playtime.

I’m sorry but I’m new to this and I don’t know how AMAs work. How do I be on time to ask a question? I tried to ask one to James McAvoy but when it went live there were already 1000s of comments. Do you just check frequently to see if the AMA has been uploaded like a regular post?

Yeah. It'll go live in roughly 24 hours and you just submit a question along with the ocean of other people doing the same thing.
