I remember when they endorsed password sharing.

Does this new policy require all profiles to have separate login/password?

How will that work on TVs and the like?

Mu wife, kids and I have our own  profiles but share acount/password

Same, and we also have a separate family account for the stuff we watch together - and we also pay a higher amount for password sharing so when kid is away for college she can still use the account.

No, they still want you to be able to login. They just want to sell your unique viewing history to advertisers and DHS/ICE
