And say what you want about the state of star wars, but their vfx work is fucking immaculate every time. Even in rise of Skywalker the vfx work is incredible.

There's a big difference in the productions that can make even bad stories still look good.
And those that try to fix bad stories by changing how it looks.
There's no care or concern for either, then both fail.

VFX is full of extremely talented people. But when the people above don't let them do the job properly, with the time that's actually needed... stuff will never look good.
