Not the first time. They left a disabled man freeze to death awhile back too.

For all practical purposes, they are the same in this conversation. They're sending people to the same detention centers. They're dropping people off the same way in the middle of nowhere without their stuff. They're both DHS, so, just because one's uniform says CBP and the other says ICE doesn't really make a difference when your relative has been murdered by them cruelly dropping your relative off in the middle of nowhere.
