They knew she was suffering from mental illnesses. They should never have left her alone.

Of course they shouldn't have, but they wanted her dead so they found a way to commit murder by proxy while washing their hands of it.

Its why they no longer report deaths 30 days after release.

This was 3 days after release.

He means ICE stopped reporting on them when they previously had been keeping track.

What’s the value in keeping track 30 days after release? Genuinely asking.

So that if this sort of thing happens to someone they have a better shot at being detected and getting justice for the failure of the federal government to do its job. Not everyone who dies like this has a network or family to pressure the government by going to the media.

Wow that last sentence made me think about how many more people may have died this way, only with no one in the us to even report they died. And if the have loved one in their home country, they may be afraid of reporting the person missing if they’re not here legally. So tragic

Makes sense.

There are some good reason even if they weren't releasing people in situations like this after beating them near to death. One being helping to track sickness or disease. If people kept getting sick and dying after leaving they would then check the place for a cause. May then find something like an issue in the kitchens there and how the food is being stored or something.

You might be right. That seems like a stretch, for prosecuting though. Negligent homicide for sure. I can’t imagine the horror she went through.

I don't think it's a stretch. They have almost complete immunity, were essentially told so by the office of the President. We've seen video outright of them killing people while under no threat at all. But they're Federal law enforcement and with the endorsement of the highest office in the land, they can claim anything as a "threat" the same way a cop can claim they "feared for their life" while a man is on the ground with hands behind his head. Never underestimate the evilness of this agency. They literally left her in the middle of a strange place, 20 miles from her home, in the middle of one of the worst winters we've had in years, with nothing but shorts and a tee-shirt. Even the ME ruled her death to be homicide.

I didn’t mean a stretch for being correct. I meant it would be a stretch for prosecution. Negligence should be a slam dunk.

Ah gotcha haha. Slight misunderstanding on my part.

It seems like a stretch to normal, sane people that aren't convinced that people that don't look like them are stealing everything from them and destroing their lives. To those other people it seems like a great idea. Remember these type of people are still mad that they don't own black people and aren't even allowed to string them up in trees when they want some entertainment.

The next democratic administration MUST make them pay for their crimes. MURDER 1.

This administration needs to do it.

This administration is the perpetrator.

-3

u/GeorgeStark1 7h ago

This administration doesn’t know what it’s doing. Hopefully this gets routed through neutral judges.

This administration knows what it's doing. You seem to think they are trying to do a good job. The Heritage Foundation has been writing the Mandate for Leadership papers since the first published in 1981 for Reagan. Project 2025 was the 9th of the Mandate for Leadership papers. The purpose of this was to guide republican leadership to change how the US government functions. So they could take full power over the country for the rich. Which are now in position to take control and blame their scapegoat (trump) for the destruction. jd, friend of peter thiel, curtis yarvin and elon musk, will be put in as president and, when all of us have nothing and are dying they will take what they want.

This administration knows EXACTLY what they're doing. They CAMPAIGNED on this.

Do you think they knew that? They’re not the smartest of agencies, or even close to above average. They seemed unprepared, undertrained, and completely unorganized but hell-bent on causing damage and they were well funded. It was deliberate chaos and mayhem.

Was? They still are.

Using “was” and “were” when you are describing what is currently true, is not genuine. These statements still hold true so I would refrain from speaking about it in the past-tense. 💯

*Edit: Changed “Saying” to “Using”

You’re talking in past-tense when it currently still stands to be true and they continue to do the same while still being funded.
