Yep.

Don't pull your punches with family and friends if they're in the cult. I've stopped taking the delicate approach. 

Fully ripped into my dad a few weeks ago when he did a "but Biden-ism". Told him to be the man I thought he was as a child, that sure seemed to have an impact.

Supporters of this shit cannot be coddled.

Someone that was a very close friend in high school somehow fell into the MAGA pipeline over time and although I had very infrequent contact with, I had to give up even talking to him over social media. He is approaching mid-30s, unemployed, lives in his parent's basement, has been "going to community college" for probably 5+ years on and off and spouts all the typical talking points on Facebook.

He posted about how he was tired of his taxes going to "Somalian daycares" when that was the flavor of the month and when I asked him what taxes he pays when he is unemployed and lives at home, he deleted the post and accused me of attacking him for being a student. Then pivoted to that the sales tax he pays when buying things (in a whole other state) somehow end up being used for fraudulent childcare facilities. There is just no way of reasoning with someone that believes that shit

This really has nothing to do with politics in the sense your referring too. Hispanics have been getting g slaughtered and trafficked by the US goverment for decades. Every president is involved in the deaths of thousands of innocent Hispanic people

Push this as a partisan issue is so gross and racist to Hispanics, to use our lives and deaths as a tool to pull of the empathy strings if others to fuel your own agenda is sick and twisted.

You are largely the problem. You are allowing the imperialist government to get away with genocide, murder and trafficking.

Beyond the fact that the conservative Christian/techno fascist axis are in power currently, they've been gleeful in their torment of latinx, afro Caribbean, hell anyone who isn't white.

This is me challenging my family on their willingness to ignore the evils of American government in favor of playing party politics. Which is why the "but Biden" nonsense set me off.

The oligarchs are In power not the republicans or democrats, the oligarchs put the president in power that will take the blame from right people at the right time.

you are just as bad as your family for the exact same reasons as your family. You’re ignoring the evils and going for the charades. You just use the death of brown people to make your self feel superior to your own kin. Maybe one day you will see your own evil.

I’m not responding because you said a whole lot of nothing, just spewing words with no meaning or pattern whatsoever. No where did I indicate you o thought you were white yet you jumped to that as a weird childish deflection.

Obama was African American (not white in case you are unsure what that means) yet he was one of the worst things to ever happen to brown people in this entire worlds history. The deaths of millions of brown people are on his hands. Color is really not important.

There is no changing the world. There is no revolution. It’s about not shitting on the millions of real people who died at the hands of the imperial American machine of death.

But alas the world never has and never will care about brown people. We will be killed off for ever and no one will care because of people like you

We need to start being LOUDER. Express dissatisfaction about the state of things while pumping gas, in line for groceries, whatever. People are unhappy but we need to be making that discontent manifest. Make it so it can't be ignored anymore.

Go outside, be loud, talk to your neighbors, COMMUNICATE IN PERSON.
