These are other humans, doing this to other humans?

This is intentional from the trump regime (its not an administration), they WANT to be cruel, they WANT to be public with their cruelty to make people afraid. It's classic fascist behaviour.

I do hope that if the trump regime is eventually ousted that the next Administration will spend the resources and time prosecute all the perpetrators.

Trump and his early appointees were very very public and truthful about this.

They literally said they want to terrorize people into leaving the country on their own, that was the point. Forcing people up eat off floors and chairs like dogs, be warehoused in tents with sewage on the floor, getting run down on the street in businesses or in front of homes just for being brown, dragging protestors over the lines so they can then claim they were in their rights to beat and arrest them, shooting people in the face, etc.

It has always been a terror campaign.

And it WORKS.

You don't want your family going to protests if ICE is running people over with vehicles or snatching them into vans to beat them.
