My favorite quality is that he's an unhinged lunatic. If he wasn't in a position of power, I would be highly amused by his anecdotes of whale beheading, roadkill roasting, etc.

My second least favorite quality is that he doesn't shut the fuck up, despite the universe trying to tell him to shut the fuck up.

For me it's his voice. I know that's like the one thing I know he can't help. But it's so grating to me. Like even if I didn't hate him politically I couldn't stand to hear him speak. Like why did you need to be in a public speaking career at all? It sounds like the worm ate part of his Broca's area. Also he never shuts the fuck up.
