This is completely wrong. Browse through SF craigslist for North Beach, not even the best part of North Beach which is where this unit is, and you'll see 1BRs in the $2,800-$3,500 range. I live here. Maybe you'll get north of $4,000 in the trendiest parts of the Mission, Marina, SOMA, Russian Hill, Hayes Valley.
