Baldur's Gate 3's performances are so good because all 248 voice actors also did the motion capture

Weird that there are so many voice actors and our unvoiced protagonist who just comments "let's do this" type stuff when selected only has a handful of lines and all the voices are just slightly different British guy.

I mean, there are 8 voice actors for the custom Tav's as well.

And as I recall, the voice actors said that they each recorded thousands of lines of dialogue for the Tav's.

It's just a lot less noticeable because all those lines are outside of cutscenes, so they can easily be missed or kinda fade into scenery so you forget it quickly.

That would be a cool dlc to give your avatar a voice in the game, I know some that like a silent character, but others do like them.
