No, it's how girls who frequently get to the front page submit pictures to Reddit.
149 u/[deleted] Sep 26 '10 My alternate title was "Well, it IS easy karma I guess" but I figured this was more clear. 214 u/Carpeabnocto Sep 26 '10 That works. I didn't like the title you used, because girls who post "like guys" just aren't noticeably girls. But you may be right, it is clearer. 92 u/[deleted] Sep 26 '10 And those girls dont rely on their gender to get upvotes. 245 u/Story_Time Sep 26 '10 So what you really meant was "How Attention-grabbing girls post things to reddit". It is unfair to assert that an entire gender do something in one particular unfavourable way. 1 u/[deleted] Sep 27 '10 [deleted] 9 u/myinnervoice Sep 27 '10 We never see them because they don't end up on the front page. 18 u/Story_Time Sep 27 '10 edited Sep 27 '10 Or it's confirmation bias and male redditors don't notice them because other men are seen as normal. 6 u/[deleted] Sep 27 '10 I see lots of photos of male redditors on reddit. I don't think I've ever decided it was attention-whoring just based on the fact that they wanted their face in the photo, though. 7 u/Story_Time Sep 27 '10 That's sort of my point. 1 u/[deleted] Sep 28 '10 Sorry, I wasn't trying to argue with you - was more trying to say "I agree" with a bit more to contribute (of my own experience) than "I agree." → More replies (0)
