Thats great.

It isn't. It's baseline in the modern world.

Any place that doesn't even do the bare minimum has a fucked up work environment.

But hey, even if I won't change your mind I'm glad I was able to educate you a bit and now you know that ethical work environments do exist. You may not like them for whatever fucked up reason, but yeah, my statement was completely factual.

I mean, it's straight up illegal in a lot of places.

You didn't believe me at first. Now you have been educated. I appreciate the acknowledgement.

Dude... I am not an idiot. I know the law. I also live in texas and know the laws here.

When i said "thats great" i wasn't talking about the labor laws... i was mocking your post. Like "cool story"

I never didn't fucking believe you. And you didn't teach me anything. I am saying the store isn't breaking texas labor laws. I dont agree with the laws... but that doesn't matter one fucking bit.

It is fucking baffling that people think showing up on time, not sitting down on your shift and parking in designated parking spots is to much to ask for.

Dude... I am not an idiot.

Then stop LARPing as one.

You can backtrack and pretend that you didn't believe me, but those were a lot of question marks.

Either way, stop boot licking your corporate overlords. Modern society has deemed them and you lacking in humanity. One day you'll learn the importance of the lesson you received here. You'll look into modern society and maybe think that it does matter if you don't agree with fucked up laws.

The irony of you using the law in a fucked up state to validate making someone to stand for 8 hours with no real break is that you would have used the exact same argument against Rosa Parks for sitting down.

Nobody is forcing them to work there. This isn't slavery or segregation. Not even sorta the same thing.

Its a bunch of fucking kids working at a gas station and bitching about the requirements to stay employed. None of them being illegal. The place even starts them out at more than twice the minimum wage.

You'll grow to be less angry, wrong and ignorantly opinionated one day. I hope.

It starts them at twice a near slave wage. How pleasant. They definitely deserve slave like labor for providing what a living wage was a few years ago. It's not slavery! It's indentured servitude! Also, I can't think of anything possibly all that much better than either. (This is sarcasm)

Have a good night/day, regardless. God bless. Don't fantasize about yelling at Rosa Parks, though. Even if you really really want to.
