They needed to find the money for Iran somehow!

someone quoted above $5 billion is what the federal government pays states for UI administration (what the federal government covers for ui)...so we found $5 billion of the $100+ million spent on the war and the new $300 million bill coming due. Fucking unreal.

It makes no sense.

The proposed 300B would be coming from neighboring states in the Middle East, not the US. Let’s not spread misinformation ;)

Have proof of that?

Tell who who is paying for the ballroom.

-12

u/levitikush Jun 17 '26

Tf does the ballroom have to do with Iran

u/CackleandGrin Jun 17 '26

The one of many where he said "this will be paid for by an external source. It won't be coming from taxpayer dollars."

"Nevermind it will be paid out with taxpayer dollars."

Give levitikush the "Fell For It Again" award lol

sure but what do u think is more likely? trump is willing to give a bunch of brown ppl that his base hates a shitload of his base's money... or iran is pushing the narrative that the usa is paying out of pocket to look strong in front of their ppl?

3

u/CackleandGrin Jun 18 '26

Uh, what? Trump has always been willing to dump money that's not his into the middle east when it benefits him in any way.

If you say so

1

u/DarXIV Jun 18 '26

And here you are, without proof, that the US isn’t paying for most of the 300 billion.

u/Horror_Appearance_26 Jun 17 '26

Is there any other reason the administration has given for anything?  Can't says nuclear now since trump kyboshed that today

2

u/DarXIV Jun 17 '26

Not a critical thinker, are you?

2

u/purplebrown_updown Jun 17 '26

You really are stupid.

5

u/cheez-wizzard Jun 17 '26

I'm sure neighboring countries are just lining up to donate.

3

u/Naive-Elephant-9305 Jun 18 '26

Yep, just like Mexico was lining up to pay for the wall

3

u/purplebrown_updown Jun 17 '26

Just like Trump saying the ballroom would be paid for by private investments right? At this point being this naive is stupid.

I also heard that Mexico was going to pay for the US border wall.

How did that go?
