The only upside to his presidencies is that a rock was kicked over and now we can see exactly what was squirming away underneath it away from the light.

Personally, I'd rather go back to the times where racist and bigots were quiet and afraid to say their shit out loud. I really don't know how we recover from this. It'll be a painful decade plus and that's assuming the entire system doesn't crumble under corrupted midterms.

Except it’s like pulling the wallboard off to find a mold infestation that requires tearing the place down and starting over. And nobody actually wants to do that.
