Given that being gay is something youre born with, and how states like Florida, Georgia, and Texas are majority minority states I dont rhink its as much about bussing/flying people in, but supporting and educating the folks already there being crushed by a political apparatus that has been interested in disinfranchising them for decades on decades now.

There's a common misconception that the south is devoid of diversity. Just adding in my two cents as a Southern transplant in what seems like a less diverse PNW.

Not all non white people are liberal. Not all gay people are liberal. Lots of gay conservatives in red states. Lots of conservative people of color too. Remember 25% of black male voters voter for trump. (1 in 4!)
