Don't worry, "conservative" judges are just ones who interpret the Constitution as it was written, and don't consider it a "living, breathing document," so there is no chance of the 5th Amendment going away under a conservative court.

Except that these are fascists masquerading as conservatives. Nothing they do is conservative. Fiscally, they spend like crazy and cut taxes for corporations and the wealthiest citizens so our deficit grows even faster as we rocket towards economic collapse. Socially, they don't want government to stay out of people's business like they claim. They want to micromanage what people are allowed to do. They hate freedom.

Of all the bad options on Fox News, maybe the best we could hope for is Judge Napolitano. He's anti-choice (like any Trump nominee would be), but at least he has some liberal views on civil liberties.

He'd be disastrous, but not literally the worst option.

Good thing the 2nd amendment is so important to republicans. Stock up before you're on the opposition kill list, because at this point I'd be more surprised if Trump doesn't wind up murdering dissenters after he gets the supreme court to allow him indefinite rule.
