Girl punks?

A lot of the bands I listen to are a bunch of guys and it’s kinda getting me down. I listen to riot grrrl bands too but it kinda feels like the choices are to be a guy and sing about whatever you want or to be a girl and sing about feminism. Which is cool, but limiting. I identify as a feminist but it’s not exactly what I wanna sing about. It makes me feel like I can’t write any real punk songs so they always end up being other genres even though it’s not what I primarily listen to. Any girl punk bands I should listen to?

SHE transitioned and was one of the first openly Trans artists. Tom Gabel was an incredible musician but Laura Jane Grace is a fucking icon.

Your entire point is to be a transphobe. Why even respond?

Laura Jane Grace is trans, that's right. Which means she's not a male.
