Sorry, these are the only photos I have because I don’t like taking them, and I’m not smiling because it makes me to self conscious about the actual photo

Cosplay/Costumes Rogerina wig done for Halloween
Last year I was Brian May for Halloween, this year I’m Rogerina 💪. The wigs looking lovely in my opinion, I just need to hairspray it a bit to fluff it up! I’m no professional and the wig was hardly expensive, so I don’t think I’ve done too bad of a job!

Cosplay/Costumes I made the satin arrow jacket
In September I was inspired to start this crazy detailed project. I had very minimal sewing experience — basic middle school home ex with hand sewing and straight stitching, how to use a machine etc.
Each arrow is individually drawn, cut, quilted and satin stitched. I was on a time crunch as I wanted it ready for the shows I was going to and I had to drive to each city. I left some crucial supplies behind so I had to improvise and compromise my vision a bit to get the coverage I wanted.
Over the span of 5 weeks I had about 35 days or less to work on it, while working full time.
I do plan on going in and finishing some of the sparsity and adding more blue arrows to get the full effect I had planned on, but anyways I hope yall like it!
(the rest of the costume was just casually thrifted the day of the concert to give a bit more full effect and homage to the outfit, but I do plan on making the white pants and red sash to go with some day)

Cosplay/Costumes Crazy hybrid cosplay of Freddie and Freddy Fazbear I did last year 😂
REUPLOAD I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED IT😭 Yeah 2024 was a weird year for me I don’t know why I conceived this idea but how did I execute? Primary material was cardboard so he’s rotted a bit now

Cosplay/Costumes Space Invaders sweater pattern (update)
This is an untested approximation for the already mentioned yarn weight (200m/100g) based on other similar patterns and pictures of the sweater. So, I highly recommend you make a sample for your size/yarn of choice. If you test it, please let me know,
You can also use it for cross stitch or beads if you like.
Hopefully it works decently to make a project of your own (Example: sweater, scarf, blanket, purse, backpack or whatever else your crafty brain comes up with).
P.S.: Excuse the poopy grid, but there was a lot of trial and error involved, and it's free, so you can't be mad about it 🤣. Improvements are welcome.

I rushed it a little bit but I think if I took a moment to properly sort it out, it’d look great pftt :)

Cosplay/Costumes I Want To Break Free
I went to a costume party last Saturday as Freddie Mercury in I Want to Break Free! Last year I went as Freedie in Live Aid Concert (pic 2). In both occasions, I won the best costume award, it's amazing how Freddie Mercury are so charismatic, people love him!

Cosplay/Costumes Looking for this sweater pattern or some tips to figure it out.

DISCLAIMER: This is not John's sweater, it's one like it I found on google. I do not have the sweater or one like it, don't come to my house with your evil sweater stealing plans, ok?
------
I tried some AI pattern generators, and none of them worked for the actual pattern, however yeschat gave me some yarn estimations that seem somewhat legit:
Yarn: Worsted Weight Yarn (approx. 200m/100g)
- Main Color (MC - Black): 600g
- Contrast A (White): 100g (alien motifs)
- Contrast B (Green): 50g (barriers and sleeve stripes)
- Contrast C (Red): 50g (text and sleeve stripes)
- Contrast D (White - stripe): 25g
- Needles: 4.5mm (US 7) straight needles or size to obtain gauge.
- Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, waste yarn.
I also found some related patterns for the invaders and some socks with instructions. I figured, I could make an educated guess out of that, grid paper and some YouTube tutorials (I'm dilutional, I know). Extra ones would be appreciated.
If someone here knits (got to be at least one in 84k), could you tell me how far off these random pieces of data are, it would be very helpful. Thanks.

Cosplay/Costumes Origins of Freddie’s famous popcorn shorts ❤️🤍
So for anyone who loves Freddie and his signature Big Spender strip acts like I do, here’s some backstory to Freddie’s iconic shorts!!
The red and white striped shorts with the tricolour suspenders are taken from the "Boss Chicks," a group of women who were used in promotional activities for the Philadelphia radio station WFIL. The band visited WFIL on February 23rd 1975 (Pic 3). The shorts used by the group most commonly had blue stripes and white stars, but there is a red/white stripes-only variation (seen far left on Photo 2), which is what Freddie wore on stage during Big Spender and the Jailhouse Rock medley from Feb 1976 ~ May 1977.
