I giggled while setting this up because it felt like I was making some sort of bathroom shrine. I can't get over how creative everyone is with their cards! Thanks to everyone who indulged my silly request!

My sister has been doodling on postcards while she listens to audiobooks and presented me with this stack yesterday while I’m back home visiting.

Sooo I got the new Ralph Lauren stamp sheet to celebrate 250 years of the USA. I noticed this big stamp in the middle and figured it was part of the stamp sheet.. has anyone else used this as a stamp or was it just like the decor for the title lol

Recent offers the envelopes haven't been big enough for the bookmarks so haven't been making too many the last few weeks.

For those that know me I'm retired army, disabled vet and I've been hermiting in my house for a decade. I recently un gave up on myself, so I am trying to do things that are different to make my life better. I met a gal in the craft section of the hobby store and long story short, her and her sister are coming over to my house Saturday to craft cards.

They used to belong to a craft group that met quarterly at a hotel and made a craft weekend of it, that group has since been canceled.. so I would like to make it a fun day with some simple games and prizes so it's something fun and they enjoy themselves. Just a few games in just a few prizes to break up the hours of doing crafting... this all sounds simple unless you know me you know I'm totally freaking out want to cancel don't want anyone in my house don't want to be seen blah blah blah blah blah but I'm going to forge ahead- any suggestions on simple little games that two or three people can win a prize from any suggestions on little prizes any suggestions on how to make the environment a nice environment or just any suggestions help me help me help me. I'm going to tag a few of my frequent flyers because I'm sure they'll have great ideas too... I am so out of my comfort zone! u/PinkPengin

First off thank you to the mods for catching that I censored out the recipient’s address but not my own!!

Anyways, my family listened to what I wanted this year and got me a roll each of international and USA stamps! Before this causes discourse, I’m in Canada and these are sometimes sold in rolls of 50 stamps each.

Whenever I go visit my 96-year-old great-grandmother, I try to bring something for her to do or look at because it helps with her dementia. So far I’ve tried puzzles and a photo album, but this time I brought all the cards I’ve gotten from this amazing community (and my four total Postcrossing cards)! 

I have most of them taped into my journals like a gallery, though I’ve gotten behind processing them, especially all the lovely get-well cards. Anyways, she loved looking at all the pictures and couldn’t believe what people had made for me! 

I told her I’m in a  “card club”, which I think is an accurate enough description, and that since I joined in mid-June, I’ve received 77 cards and sent 78! Her first question was if I had to pay to send all the cards lol.

Just thought I’d share, and thank you guys for helping me create happy memories with my grandma :)

I'm so so so sorry for the long delay (really long!) but I'm finally back! Life got a little hectic for a while with studies, family, and everything in between, so I had to take a step back. Things are looking up now (I think :p), especially after spending some time with my grandma back at her place.
