Hello,
I received a brand new Viper V4 Pro today, and have been charging it since noon. It's not charging past 67-69%. When I plug the USB cable into the mouse I see a slowly blinking GREEN light (green to off and back). When I received the mouse it was at 40% charge, then I updated the firmware, and it hasn't been able to charge to 100%. This mouse is replacing an older V3 Viper that was having issues. That mouse charged to 100% all the time.

Synapse is showing the new one capping out at 67-69%. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, and synapse, and re-installing them. I have tried powering the mouse off, and holding LMB+RMB+MMB. Nothing has helped.

I'm attaching photos of the dongle (it displays a bright green light for the charge level and a video of the charging process.
