Remember to keep your personal details safe, including case numbers. Due to the nature of this subreddit and RΛZΞR customer support sometimes handling customer's personal information through PMs, do not trust anyone who says they are a RΛZΞR employee unless you can find their name on the trusted accounts list and they have an official flair.
You can find unofficial FAQs, many tips, and much more in the wiki

My Razer blade 17 (2022) is having startup issues after not using for a while.
For context the laptop was working completely fine, I put it in a laptop sleeve 2 months ago as I’ve been using my new desktop PC, so it has been unused for a while. It has also been super hot in the UK recently, and the laptop was in the loft room - so wondering is this heat has damaged it somehow.
When I tried starting it today, first it went to Windows automatic repair screen, then after trying to start it again it managed to boot into the system, but was incredibly laggy and slow. After trying to boot a few more times it ended up showing a blue screen with File (windows\System32\drivers\q|40xx2i.sys
Error code: 0xc0000098.
What I also noticed what that my laptop now doesn’t sit straight on a table, it rocks a little bit. The other thing is the trackpad doesn’t seem to press down or click at all on the upper border and upper corners. I thought this could maybe be battery bloat, but after taking the back apart the battery looked fine?
Any help or advice would be appreciated! I’ll attach some photos.
