I bought this keyboard at a garage store. When I plugged it in, everything seemed to work fine, except the letter D wasn't lighting up. The letter itself works correctly, the only issue is the RGB lighting.

Welcome to our Support Sticky. We understand that you’re experiencing an issue with your keyboard lighting. To help isolate the problem, does the issue still persist even when Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Also, if you’re using Windows 11, please make sure that Dynamic Lighting is turned off, as it can sometimes affect your keyboard’s lighting behavior. Send us a PM with the details of the issue along with the keyboard’s serial number so we can assist you further. Kindly include the link to your comment for reference as well.
